Dan Cooper Media Strategies operates entrepreneurially in the media/entertainment industry. Dan Cooper  was a leader in the startups of the Fox News Channel and the ABC News magazine "20/20" among other projects for companies ranging from NBC to HBO and King World, now called CBS Television Distribution. We are currently launching two Internet sites.  

MBA for CFO or COO of Web 3.0 venture

You are an experienced finance MBA who has created successful business plans, or possibly a recent MBA grad with advanced skills and vision. Ideally, you have arrived at the point of becoming CFO, COO or even CEO of a thriving Web 2.0 business that actually defines Web 3.0. Take my idea, enhance it with me, the leader of my finance team, whose background includes senior positions with Goldman Sachs, J. P. Morgan, Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC, also the coders and art director, budget it with me and execute a killer business plan. Join the drive to raise capital, which will be a surprisingly small figure. The concept calls for the creation of one code engine to drive two separate Internet web site businesses. I'm already well into bids from coders and drawing up the preliminary feature lists for both sites. Coding should run $35K USD. These concepts will occupy new market positions and are highly differentiated. They are user-driven -- the registrants do all the work and we keep the shop tidy (we excluding me -- I want to create this and move on from any operating role). As to monetizing, one of the sites requires users to pay for a service in advance of obtaining it: we take a percentage of the fee. The other site is free to users. It will take advertising in a highly specific demo-driven manner. This side of the business of course will require ad sales. Discussion between us must be preceded by execution of an NDA. I have a track record of significant innovation. You should think out of the box as well. No yes people, no drama. Start out working part time, but hard-driving and no delays. You will receive a very generous ownership position.
